An elevated tee position gives the false impression of an expanse of fairway ahead with the 90º dogleg left guarding
the green. Again trouble lies on the right with an out of bounds rule for shots into the woods and the enticement
to play safe and left leaves you with a near impossible 2nd shot to clear the imposing oaks guarding the green on
the left. An accurate 3 iron or 3 wood hugging as far right as you dare will open out the green.
The second shot is simplified by the green's down slope from back to front which will help stop the ball on
target. A difficult hole to par for players with a short game.
